Talent Talks 

In 2023, we launched Talent Talks, an initiative aimed at identifying and boosting talent! In this programme, we invite our team leaders to share conversations about talent and the best strategies to boost it. In this way, we identify talent in order to maximise its impact on different teams and BI4ALL as a whole. Here, we want Talent to be seen and recognised in order to strengthen our organisation and shape the future together.

Performance Cycle 

At BI4ALL, we have a duty to maximise the success of all our employees! That’s why, every year, they have the opportunity to define their objectives together with their team leader. This personalised plan is made up of results, objectives, and desired behaviours, focused on each employee’s context and/or area of activity so that employees reach their potential.
