“Since my first day at BI4ALL, I’ve felt I was in the right place to develop, grow and contribute to the goals of this ever-growing organisation. “My journey at BI4ALL began in 2018.
After working for several consultancy firms, I found BI4ALL as an opportunity to boost my professional career.
I joined as a consultant, and after a short time on a project in the insurance sector, my focus shifted to international delivery. I had the opportunity to be part of 2 major projects, J&N and Algeco, with huge challenges but also with teams of excellence and mentors who gave me the tools I needed to evolve technically and in terms of leadership. I learnt what it means to be a leader and the preponderant role that a leader plays, not only in the project’s success but, above all, in the growth of their teams and people.

“I’ve been with BI4ALL for 3 years. After working in planning and control for 15 years, I tried a new profession. I decided to become a BI consultant. I joined the Academy, always tutored and encouraged in my successes and difficulties. After the Academy, I went through the Knowledge Centre and was later integrated into a client in the financial sector.

My career at this client included on-the-job training at the beginning, until more recently, when I joined the team migrating the technological solution to the cloud. I’m currently working on a new project for the same client, this time with a native Azure solution.”

“I’m currently completing my 19th year at BI4ALL, and my professional career is closely linked to BI4ALL’s career. I started as a Trainee at BI4ALL in 2005, where I had the privilege of getting to know a company on its launch pad, with a small human capital but with a dream of growing like a real family.

As BI4ALL evolved, so did my involvement in the various projects, and I ended up taking part in projects in so many industries and realities that I still find it hard to remember (pharmaceuticals, banking, energy, aviation, automobiles, retail, industry, human resources, marketing…). For me, getting to know new realities and new businesses has always been one of the main reasons why I love the work I do!

As BI4ALL is much more than projects and clients, I pioneered many BI4ALL activities. I took part in the first knowledge shares, was a trainer for the first academies, organised squash tournaments and company dinners, and was one of the driving forces behind #beer4all.

Today, I’m Head of Pre-Sales, where I use all my professional experience and all the connections and knowledge I have of BI4ALL’s business to create strong links with potential customers and position BI4ALL’s offer.
